When cutting acrylic, the edge of the cut will be flamed polished and this will save you time and money. Plastic Etching/Scoring: Our laser can either burn (etch) the image into an acrylic sheet and score all the outlines of the artwork. Metal Cutting: We cut aluminum, galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel, hot-rolled and stainless steel up to 1/4" thick. The sheet size can be up to 48" x 96".
